These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the MirageCHAT platform and mobile application (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
MirageCHAT is a business messaging tool that lets support agents receive and reply to conversations from connected channels such as WhatsApp and Instagram. Access is provided to agents through credentials issued by their organization (the “Workspace”).
You agree not to use the Service to send spam or unlawful content, to harass or harm others, to infringe intellectual‑property or privacy rights, or to violate the policies of connected platforms (including the WhatsApp Business and Instagram Platform terms). You must comply with all applicable laws when messaging end‑customers.
The Service integrates with third‑party messaging platforms operated by Meta. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, or limitations imposed by those platforms.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features from time to time.
The Service, including its software and branding, is owned by MirageCHAT and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or reverse‑engineer the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MirageCHAT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from use of the Service.
Access may be suspended or terminated if these Terms are breached or if required to protect the Service or its users. Your Workspace may also revoke your access at any time.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
